The existing provisions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and in effect until a conclusion is reached in the matter of proposed changes.
NECA proposed a freeze for six months. IBEW is asking for a pay increase, sick and holiday pay, and language changes to the CBA.
At this time no agreement has been made at the negotiations. The next meeting will be in Washington, (CIR) is scheduled for the week of July 13th . We will keep you posted of any changes.
